COVERiT Solar Bracket
Fix solar rails. EPDM sleeve pre-fitted.
Solar brackets made of 3 mm aluminium for NovoProof® EPDM roofs pitched up to 20°.
For rigid or soft substrates
Solar brackets made of 3 mm aluminium, natural finish, with two slots at right angles to each other for the solar panel rails. The NovoProof® EPDM sleeve is pre-fitted and fully coated. Solar panel rails and other accessories are not included.
Solar bracket for rigid substrates
Small base plate with EPDM flange 35 × 24.5 cm.

Solar bracket for soft substrates

For mounting solar panels, mainly solar thermal or photovoltaic, on pitched and flat roofs.
For pitched or curved roofs up to 20° with NovoProof® EPDM roof waterproofing; consult COVERiT for pitches above 20°. Suitable for cold and warm roofs and for fixing to timber, concrete and profiled steel decks; rigid and soft substrates each have their own base plate.
From design to rail mounting
- Design Project-specific calculations and the fixing positions are specified by the designer. On request, COVERiT provides pull-out and retention values as well as the load pressure.
- Choose the version Small base plate for rigid, large base plate for soft substrates. Supplied for rigid substrates: 2 system fasteners 8 mm or 4 system fasteners 6 mm; for soft substrates: 4 system fasteners (plastic screw combination, plastic screw-and-plug combination).
- Integrate the bracket The pre-fitted NovoProof® EPDM sleeve, fully coated, connects the bracket to the roof waterproofing. Follow the installation instructions of the EPDM system used.
- Mount the rails Fix the solar panel rails to the two slots arranged at right angles. Rails and accessories are sourced separately.
- Check function Check that the system functions properly during the annual roof inspection.
