Factory-made continuous membranes allow the sheets to be joined lengthwise. Cross seams are eliminated. This enables the COVERiT NovoProof® DA-F sheet to be manufactured to match the geometry of the entire roof. The seams are welded at the factory under controlled conditions.

Robot and Leica laser system

In the production hall, a robot replaces work with a tape measure. It is controlled by a Leica laser system.

Every project deserves our full attention, because a great deal is at stake: a first-class solution, a professionally waterproofed structure and satisfied customers. We take this responsibility seriously from the very beginning. Together with the installer, we survey the roof area and develop the optimum made-to-measure solution. The survey records every penetration and connection detail on the flat roof. This ensures that the custom-made sheet fits without further work and allows the installation partner to work quickly.

Digital surveying with CDAS

CDAS is a digital surveying application that anyone can use. On site, laser surveying is particularly useful for roofs with many penetrations.

Our training and professional development programme helps ensure that the advantages of first-class materials are also implemented perfectly on site. Our seminar room at the plant is equipped with all the multimedia facilities required for modern training. Drawing on the experience gained from millions of square metres of COVERiT NovoProof® sheets and membranes installed, we strengthen our partners through information on product and installation innovations, notable projects and special solutions, as well as professional exchange.
