KLICK ’N GO and PLACE ’N GO for flat roofs and roofs pitched up to 15°.
Timber structures
PLACE ’N GO for timber structures that cannot take a full load: 57.5 kg/m² saturated instead of 80 kg/m² for KLICK ’N GO.
Lightweight build-up with NovoWeld
PLACE ’N GO with the penetration-free mechanical fastening system NovoWeld and COVERiT EPDM waterproofing forms a lightweight waterproofing construction.
With 3D sheets
A complement to the 3D waterproofing sheets made of NovoProof® rubber membranes of up to 1,500 m² in one piece.
The trays are delivered fully planted and laid directly on the waterproofed roof. They carry 6 to 8 sedum species on a special substrate; sedum stores water in its leaves.

Laying the pre-grown green roof
- Check the load-bearing capacity Include the saturated weight from the key figures in the load assumptions of the roof structure.
- Protect the waterproofing For KLICK ’N GO, COVERiT recommends a protective sheet beneath the trays.
- Lay the trays KLICK ’N GO trays click together; a stepped edge joins the trays. PLACE ’N GO trays are placed directly next to each other on the roof. No special tools are required.
- Plan the edge row For KLICK ’N GO, allow 49.5 × 49.5 cm per tray in the outer row.
- Hand over On delivery the trays are at least 95 % covered. The client can accept the roof directly after laying.
According to the information sheet, two to three workers lay 200 to 300 m² of green roof per day. As the trays are pre-grown, greening is possible even in the hot summer months.
