From site measurements to a prefabricated EPDM sheet

For large or complex roofs, COVERiT starts with site-specific measurements. These define the EPDM sheet prepared in the factory for that roof.

Measure and plan

The installer and COVERiT agree where to place the sheet on the roof and which direction to lay it. This guides planning and prefabrication.

Prepare in the factory

The sheet is made to the measured dimensions and delivered as one continuous piece. Corners, sleeves and details around vents or rooflights can be prepared in the factory, leaving fewer seams to weld on site.

Match the roof build-up

The COVERiT NovoProof® DA-P sheet is intended for ballasted roofs, including green roofs. It is laid loose in one piece. Only the COVERiT NovoProof® DA-F sheet is prefabricated to exact dimensions in the factory; it is mechanically fastened and does not require heavy ballast.

Support on the first installation

A technical adviser supports the site team during the first survey and installation, including site coordination, laying the sheet and welding preformed parts.
